Our membership of Inclusive Employers shows our commitment to workplace inclusion. We achieved Bronze accreditation on the Inclusive Employers Standard in 2019. Our work to build on this continues through a specific focus within our Kirklees People Strategy on being an inclusive employer of choice, and our Inclusion and Diversity Strategy 2021-2023.
