Salary details: £2,478 plus MRS £100

Due to the flexible retirement of the current post holder, an exciting opportunity has become available to job share this Adult Workforce Advisor role.
Working closely with the Leeds and Wakefield Social Work Teaching Partnership, you will be instrumental in supporting the statutory requirement to host social work student placements and the development of Practice Educators.
You will support all Newly Qualified Social Workers in their first year of employment and will jointly lead the Internal Moderation Panel and be a member of the External Moderation Panel of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment programme.
Working alongside the existing post holder, you will implement the Knowledge and Skills for Post Qualifying Standards for Social Work Practice Supervisors programme.
The role requires you to have knowledge and experience of relevant learning and development methodologies and you will advise and support staff to gain knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.
You will also work alongside front-line practitioners in the identification; design; development; commissioning; delivery and quality assurance of appropriate learning and development activities.
The role requires you to have knowledge of relevant policies, legislation and government guidance in all aspects of adult social care
