We are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Attendance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all students are accounted for at the start of each lesson, taking appropriate action should this not be the case. In addition, they will be required to support with administrative duties and provide after cover in the school office.

The contracted hours for the role are 37 per week, this will be averaged over a two-week period. Working hours one week will be 8:05-16:15 and the other week will be 8:05-15:45.

Excellent communication skills are essential to this role as the successful candidate you will need to liaise with students, staff and parents/carers on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility as well as experience in a similar role.
