We are looking to recruit a passionate, engaging and inspirational Teacher of Design Technology to join our team.
Whilst the focus of this role will be Product Design, knowledge and experience of other areas of Design Technology would be desirable.
At Spen Valley we welcome teachers who will inspire students beyond the curriculum and expand their cultural knowledge so that they can stand shoulder to shoulder’ with any other young person, from any other background.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young people, who believes it is a privilege to be a part of their journey into adulthood, and who understands the challenges faced by young people growing up in today's world.

Therefore, we are seeking someone in this role who either has experience of Trauma Informed Practices or is committed to this way of working.
