Required as soon as possible for 30 hours per week over 52 weeks.  Subject to satisfactory probation period. 

We are keen to appoint an excellent, highly motivated and enthusiastic site manager to our improving academy. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and hard working candidate to further develop their professional skills and contribute to the site maintenance and service of the Academy.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is an outstanding in their field and be prepared to do jobs both on the rolling programme and adhoc repairs/maintenance

  • is dedicated, energetic and proactive, with the vision and motivation to inspire others by providing a clean, inviting and safe area in which to work

  • is committed to helping us drive our academy forward

  • will demonstrate their existing skills and be willing to learn new skills in which will be needed for the position

  • will ensure that all key areas are maintained and upheld to the best of their ability (as outlined in the job description)

  • is a role model to both adults and children

  • has excellent interpersonal skills, and work well in a team

  • is warm, good humoured and communicate and engage effectively with children, staff, families, the Local Governing Body and the wider community
