The Family Support service work together with partners to provide a range of services for families with children aged pre-birth to 19. We work directly with parents and children through group work or one to one casework using relational and evidence based interventions.
You will work as an Apprentice Business Support Officer. You will be required to complete a training programme that will cover all aspects of the role and will be delivered through attendance at college or other distance learning methods.
College attendance and successful completion of these studies is an essential requirement of this Apprenticeship.
You will be part of a team of approximately 10 Business Support Officer’s, 3 Business Support Managers and a Senior Business Support Manager. Your role will support the team in processing referrals to our Service, answering telephone enquiries, booking venues for events and meetings, covering reception, data inputting and help to provide a flexible and responsive business support service to our wider teams.
