Gateway to Care is a key part of the Kirklees Council Adults Front Door and Early Intervention & Prevention offer. The team are based in Civic Centre 3 where they receive and process adult social care enquiries via the telephone, online and where applicable face to face in the Huddersfield Customer Service Centre.

You will work as an Apprentice Information and Access Officer. You will be required to complete a 12-15 month training programme that will cover all aspects of the role and will be delivered through attendance at college or other distance learning methods. College attendance and successful completion of these studies is an essential requirement of this Apprenticeship
