How to register

To register:

  • Register today
  • Fill in the required personal details
  • Choose a meaningful username and password
  • Once you have entered all your details select 'register'

It is important you enter your email address as this is used by the system to generate correspondence.

If you amend your name, address or email in an application form, it will automatically update your personal details.


Forgotten username or password

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve your username or reset your password. Please note, you will need the email address you first registered with. 

You can do this by clicking 'Forgotten password?' on the sign in page and entering your email address. This will send you an email containing your username.

If you need to reset your password but have forgotten the email address you registered with please telephone 01484 221000 and ask for HR Recruitment.

You will be asked a number of security questions before your registered email address can be confirmed to you.

Cancelling an account

To cancel your account:

  • Sign in to 'My Dashboard'
  • Select 'Delete my account' under my account options

All of your personal information and applications will be deleted when cancelling your account.
